The establishment of the point came in an area that lacks hospitals and medical centers, and volunteers work daily to provide first aid to families and dozens of patients.”

The women's point provides many services of great benefit to the residents of the area, home visits to those who cannot reach the point, emergency transportation to and from hospitals, and awareness sessions to account for community revenues, mostly children and women.

Ambulance operations are an important part of the work of the Civil Defense, especially in light of the severe shortage of medical personnel, which were the target of the recent bombing of the Assad regime and the Russian forces supporting it.
