The Syrian regime stops dealing with foreign companies because of their ties to Israel
On Saturday, September 10, the Ministry of Economy of the Syrian regime announced that it had halted trade with several foreign companies amid allegations of direct relations with Israel.
This was in an official ministerial decision prohibiting work with the Japanese company SUN CORPORATION as the parent company of the Israeli company CELLEBRITE.
SUN CORPORATION is actively involved in product development for a variety of fields including electronic products, communication products and visual content production using software and hardware coverage technologies.
The selection also banned the German source address GMBH CELLEBRITE, which is a function within the site also electronics and technologies, and its technologies have been sold to about 6 thousand and 700 companies and institutions spread in 140 countries in the world.
And CELLEBRITE is an Israeli digital intelligence company that provides tools for national law enforcement (internal security) throughout Israel and for companies, organizations and service providers to collect, verify, analyze and manage digital data.
The ministry claimed that the ban was due to what it described as "clear links to the Israeli entity."
The decision is based on the recommendation of the "Ninety-fifth" Conference of Liaison Officers for the Regional Offices of the Arab Boycott of Israel on August 22.
