Civilians rise in raids by Russian warplanes on Idlib countryside
Today, Thursday, Russian warplanes launched several air raids on residential neighborhoods in Idlib countryside, northern Syria, which resulted in casualties and injuries among civilians.
"Qasioun TV" reporter said that Russian warplanes targeted, with more than 10 vacuum missiles and cluster bombs, residential neighborhoods in the Hafsara area and Sahl al-Rouj, west of Idlib, killing four civilians, including a child, and wounding 15 others.
She added that the civil defense teams went to the place of targeting, secured it, and transported the injured to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment, and handed over the bodies to their families.
It is noteworthy that since the beginning of this year, Idlib governorate, which is subject to the de-escalation agreement, has been subjected to an escalation by Assad’s forces and Russia, which has often led to civilian deaths and injuries.
