Aleppo International Airport is out of service after being targeted by several Israeli missiles

Today, Tuesday, September 6, pro-Assad regime media reported that several Israeli strikes targeted Aleppo airport, citing material damage.

According to what was reported by the Syrian news agency "SANA", that at approximately 16:20 p.m. today, Tuesday, the Israeli enemy carried out an air aggression with a number of missiles, from the direction of the Mediterranean, west of Latakia, targeting Aleppo International Airport.

SANA clarified that the airport runway was physically damaged, which led to it being out of service.

The air defenses of the regime's government claimed that they confronted the missiles of the Israeli aggression and shot down a number of them.

It should be noted that loyalist media reported yesterday, Friday, September 2, that Aleppo International Airport in northern Syria will resume work on Friday, after it was suspended due to an Israeli raid on Wednesday evening.
