Russia turns an agricultural airport in As-Suwayda into a base for drones

Local sources reported that the Russian forces, present in southern Syria, have converted an agricultural airport in As-Suwayda into a base for drones.

According to the local "Suwayda 24" network, the Russian forces and Iranian militias have worked to convert an agricultural airport in the Zuluf area in the Suwayda desert, southern Syria, into a base for launching drones.

Nour Radwan, the network's official, said that the number of marches flying in the airspace of As-Suwayda increased significantly two months ago, explaining that the goal of establishing a base for unmanned aircraft in As-Suwayda was to undermine the work of the American Al-Tanf base.

The American al-Tanf base has been targeted more than once by Russia and Iranian militias recently, without causing any human damage, whether among the American forces or local elements.

It is noteworthy that the Russian media, earlier, reported a point near the Al-Tanf base, claiming that armed groups of the Syrian opposition are holed up in caves, confirming that they killed a large number of them.
