A financial official in the Qasd militia flees with 300 million

Local sources from the city of Al-Shaddadi, in the countryside of Hasaka, reported that the financial official of the "Syrian Democratic Forces" (SDF) militia escaped from the city of Al-Shaddadi and embezzled 300 million Syrian pounds.

According to the sources, the fugitive official is nicknamed “Hussein Maliya,” and he managed to escape to an unknown destination, as he was in possession of the entire salaries of the “Qasd” militia members working in the city of al-Shaddadi in the Hasaka countryside, which led to no security alert and tighter control on roads and checkpoints by the Qasd militia in search of about him.

She explained that the official fled after a penalty was imposed on him due to a previous embezzlement, and before the application of the penalty, he fled from his workplace to an unknown destination, in addition to embezzling additional sums of money.

It is worth noting that the SDF militia almost frequently witnesses the flight of officials and leaders working in its ranks or within its so-called Autonomous Administration, after embezzling large sums of money.
