Local sources said that an ambush carried out by ISIS militants left a number of regime forces dead and wounded, on Saturday evening, after targeting an overnight bus on the main road near Salamiyah city in Hama countryside.

Sources said that the attack targeted a sleeping bus carrying about 40 members of the 4th Division of the regime's army, which was targeted with light machine guns and (B9 and RPGs), resulting killing 4 members and injury 11 others, according to "Syria TV".

The sources indicated, according to the Syrian event, that Russian planes flew over the site of the attack, and the injured were transferred to "Salmiya Military Hospital" after the arrival of the regime's reinforcements to the place was delayed.
