Syrian oil shipments destined for the Lebanese Hezbollah, under the protection of the Revolutionary Guards

A military source confirmed the dates for the Iranian militias' movement of Syrian oil shipments towards Lebanon and their route.

And according to what "Ain Al-Furat" network reported, quoting a source as saying: The Iranian militias deploy their members and checkpoints on Palmyra -Deir Ezzor road on Tuesday and Thursday of every week, for the purpose of securing their convoys, near the town of Al-Sukhna and Palmyra in the eastern countryside of Homs.

He pointed out that the militias are sending members of the Iranian-backed Afghan "Fatimiyoun Brigade" and the Iraqi "Al-Nujaba" movement to the security detachments and military police checkpoints of the Syrian regime, which control the barriers of Palmyra-Damascus road, in order to secure logistical and oil convoys.

The source added that the Iranian militias transport fuel and crude oil from the countryside of Deir Ezzor towards Damascus countryside and from there to the Lebanese territories to hand it over there to the Lebanese "Hezbollah" militia.

It pointed out that four-wheel drive escort vehicles and patrols of the Iranian militias escort the tanks, with the aim of protecting them on the roads and avoiding stopping them or being exposed to sudden attacks, as the patrols run in front of and behind the tanks.

It is noteworthy that Iranian militias seize a large part of Syrian oil, in addition to phosphate shipments that are sent to Iran and Hezbollah.
