The number of kidnappings in Daraa Governorate has increased

Local sources confirmed that unidentified gunmen kidnapped a man from al-Taybeh town in the eastern Daraa, after raiding his house, as part of the security chaos in the province.

According to "Ahrar Houran Gathering", an armed gang surreptitiously entered the house of "Youssef Al-Zoubi" and kidnapped him, where the man lives alone inside the house.

The source added that "Al-Zoubi", a civilian who and his family had lived in Qatar for many years, returned alone to Daraa after July 2018 settlement and began restoring his house, which was destroyed during the regime's bombing of the town.

In the same context, the kidnappers of the young man, "Ahmed Juma'a Hussein Al-Bardan", demanded his relatives living in Zaatari camp for 175 million Syrian pounds in exchange for his release.

He is from Tafas city. He was kidnapped about 12 days ago while he was out to sell his motorcycle in the city.

In addition, the families of the child, "Mohammed Fawaz Al-Qatifan" from Abtaa town, who was kidnapped on the second of last November, appealed to everyone who has the ability to help them search for the child, who was kidnapped by unknown assailants on a motorcycle while he was on his way to school, His fate is still unknown.
