Ilham Ahmed: The conditions in Syria are ripe for a democratic project

For her part, Majdoleen Hassan, co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council, told North-Press that "the aim of the conference is to find a comprehensive framework for Syrian democratic forces and personalities to agree on a road map to find a political solution in Syria that guarantees the interests of Syrians in freedom and democracy."
