SDF denies regime media allegations about the kidnapping of civilians in Deir Ezzor

News sources quoted the media center of the Syrian Democratic Forces, SDF, as denying the regime's media accusations of carrying out raids and arresting civilians in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside in coordination with the international coalition forces, and said that publishing such news is an attempt to attract terrorist cells that are trying to strike stability and security in the region.

It added, "SANA news agency, affiliated with the Damascus government, published false news regarding the operations of our forces against ISIS cells, as it said that our forces raided several houses in Abu al-Naytel town in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, with the support of helicopters of the international coalition, and arrested a number of the town's residents."

According to the source, "This news is false, and (SDF) forces didn't carry out any operation in the aforementioned area during the last days," and accused SANA of fabricating the news of the killing of three "SDF" fighters in an attack carried out by groups adopted by the regime's media and called "resistance factions". Al-Sha’biah” on Al-Omar oil field road, east of Deir Ezzor.

 "SDF" believes that the regime's media's adoption and promotion of "terrorist" operations targeting the area confirms the efforts of those in charge of them to take revenge on the people of the area who strongly rejected the "reconciliation" operations promoted by the regime during the last period in Deir Ezzor region.
