Local sources reported killing a prominent member of the regime's National Defense Militia, in the Syrian desert.

The sources said that the member was killed in the Syrian desert areas in Homs countryside, and his name was "Juma'a Al-Bakhit", nicknamed "Al-Abjar", amid mysterious circumstances.

Other sources stated that “Al-Abjar” was executed by members of “Islamic State” organization after he was captured in a tight ambush in Palmyra desert in the eastern countryside of Homs.

It is noteworthy that a few days ago, the sources confirmed the death of a high-ranking officer in mysterious circumstances after finding the “section of limbs” near Palmyra city in the eastern countryside of Homs.
