Local sources reported that unidentified gunmen attacked, on Friday night, a military headquarters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), in Al-Busaira city, east of Deir Ezzor, causing a civilian death.

According to "Furat Post" local network, unknown persons attacked with machine guns and rocket-propelled grenades the headquarters of SDF's military command in Al-Busira city.

The network added that violent clashes with light and medium weapons erupted between the attackers and SDF elements in Al-Busaira city and the outskirts of Al-Zar village, east of Deir Ezzor, during which the sounds of 4 explosions were heard, in conjunction with the flight of helicopters belonging to the international coalition forces, in the sky of the area.

It pointed out that a young civilian from the area was wounded by a stray bullet, which led to his death directly.

It is noteworthy that, during the last months, ISIS launched dozens of surprise attacks on the sites of SDF, the regime forces, and Iranian-backed militias, in the areas of the Syrian desert and northeastern Syria.
