War remnants cause a child to lose his hand in Deir Ezzor
Local sources reported that a bomb left behind from the war exploded east of Deir Ezzor governorate, causing a child to lose his hand.
And local media sources said that the child, "Raed Rashid Al-Hamada", lost his hand as a result of a projectile explosion while grazing livestock near the house of one of his relatives, east of Deir Ezzor.
On 10th of this month, a landmine exploded from the remnants of the war within the regime-controlled areas in Deir Ezzor countryside, killing a child and wounding two others.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian Civil Defense issued several warnings to stay away from foreign objects, due to heavy spread of unexploded remnants of war in most of the Syrian governorates.
