Local sources reported that the western countryside of Aleppo witnessed today, Monday, since the early hours of the dawn, violent clashes between Al-Assad forces on one side and the revolutionary factions on the other, using various types of weapons.

Al-Durar Al-Shamiya network quoted its sources in the area as saying that Kafr Halab Miznaz-Kafr Nouran axis witnessed clashes with various types of light and heavy weapons, some of them continuous and others intermittent.

It added that the clashes started after midnight hours, and are continuing, steadily, as Al-Assad's forces are still targeting Kafr Noran town with mortar shells, which has caused five casualties so far.

According to the source, this coincides with a barbaric bombing campaign launched by the Russian occupation aircraft on several areas of the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo and Latakia, which the region has not witnessed since the military campaign that stopped in early March of last year.

Yesterday, the Russian occupier’s warplanes targeted a camp of Hamzah Division of the Syrian National Army, which is loyal to Turkey, near Afrin, north of Aleppo, which resulted death and injury more than twenty fighters.
