Two children injured by a remnant of war shell explosion in Daraa

Local sources reported that two children were injured in Al-Sad Road neighborhood of Daraa Al-Balad, ,on Saturday, as a result of the explosion of an unexploded ordnance from the remnants of the recent regime bombing on the area.
"Ahrar Houran" group stated that two children were wounded, one of them in a critical condition, and they were taken to Daraa National Hospital for treatment, as a result of the explosion of a remnant of war in Al-Sad Road neighborhood in Daraa.
The assembly indicated that this is the second incident since the return of the displaced people from the neighborhoods of Daraa Al-Balad, Al-Sad Road and the camps to their homes after the recent regime attacks on the area stopped.
On September 8, the young man “Ahmed Faraj al-Mahamid” was killed by the explosion of an unexploded mortar shell, in front of his house in Daraa al-Balad.
It is noteworthy that the remnants of war pose a great danger to the lives of the people in these areas, especially the children, amid the inability of the people to deal with these objects or even the regime forces to remove them.
