Yesterday, Thursday, residents found a newborn girl lying on a sidewalk in the town of Akhtarin in the eastern countryside of Aleppo

Local sources in the area said that yesterday, Thursday, the people found a newborn girl who was placed in front of the Great Mosque in the middle of Qibtan village, affiliated to Akhtarin district, in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

It is noteworthy that the incident of finding newborns has been very frequent in the last months in the northern Syrian regions, the most recent of which was the finding of a newborn girl in Darkush town in the western countryside of Idlib.
