Take a picture next to the body of a pilot, Russia issues an international arrest note for an Idlib rebel

The Russian investigative committee issued an arrest warrant for a rebel in the northern Syrian province of Idlib, accused of participating in killing the Russian pilot in Syria in 2015.
The commission said in a statement, on Thursday, that it was able to identify a person who appeared in a photo circulated on the Internet, standing with a weapon near the body of pilot Oleg Peshkov and marine, Alexander Bozinich.
It pointed out that "this person turned out to be a Syrian citizen named "Ramadan Uday bin Adnan", and the evidence that was investigated proved his involvement in the crimes attributed to him."
The committee added that this person "committed a crime and desecrated the sanctity of the dead" against the Russian pilot, as it claimed.
It confirmed that an international arrest warrant had been issued against Ramadan Uday, explaining that the Russian judiciary had issued an arrest note against him in absentia.
These investigations date back to the incident of the downing of a Russian Su-24 fighter by a Turkish fighter at the border on November 24, 2015.
It is noteworthy that Russia has so far charged 14 people from the rebels in northern Syria, pointing out that they participated in killing Peshkov and Buzynich, and the attempt to kill the other Russian pilot, Konstantin Murakhtin.
