A vehicle belonging to Hezbollah militia ran over two children in Hama countryside

Local sources reported that a child was killed and his brother was injured after they were hit by a military vehicle belonging to the Lebanese Hezbollah militia in the eastern countryside of Hama.
The local "Ain al-Furat" network reported that the two children, Uday al-Sarhan and Nawfal al-Sarhan, were hit by a military vehicle belonging to Abu Assad Karama group of the Lebanese Hezbollah militia, as they were heading from their family's home in the village of Abu Hanaya, east of Hama, to their aunt's house on the outskirts of the same village. .
The network quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the four-wheel drive Toyota Hilux was traveling in the middle of the village at great speed, suggesting that its driver was under the influence of alcohol so it hit the two children and ran away.
It added that the villagers worked to rescue the two children to the nearest medical center and then transferred them to Salamiyah National Hospital, east of Hama, where the child Uday lost his life there, while his brother remained under resuscitation.
It is noteworthy that this type of incident occurs periodically, whether with Iranian or Russian-backed militia vehicles, and without any intervention by the Syrian regime forces or accountability for the perpetrators.
