They added that the number of injured reached more than 40 members, most of them in serious condition, in addition to recording 12 deaths during the last days, in the shadow of complete secrecy by the Iranian militias.
And They confirmed that Jabal Azzan camp, south of Aleppo, includes dozens of injured inside the Iranian headquarters, which prompted the militias to bring in a number of doctors and nurses to supervise the treatment of patients.
They pointed out that the medical teams were helpless in the face of the large number of infections among the militias, as the virus claimed the lives of four leaders of the Lebanese "Hezbollah" militia in the countryside of Aleppo.
