The National Army fails headway attempt by the Kurdish units and the regime north of Aleppo

Local sources reported that the Syrian National Army managed to thwart a new infiltration attempt by Kurdish units and the regime forces north of Aleppo last night.

Radio Al-Kul quoted its sources as saying, "The Kurdish units and the regime tried to infiltrate the positions of the Syrian National Army south of Marea city, where the National Army clashed with the infiltrators for several hours and forced them to retreat, without causing any human casualties."

The sources added that other clashes took place between the National Army and the Kurdish units on the fronts of Mara'anaz and Kafr Khasher, without causing any casualties.

They pointed out that the Turkish army bombed the positions of the Kurdish units on the fronts of Ain Digna and Baylounieh, north of Aleppo.

This attempt comes less than a week after the “Syrian National Army” repelled an infiltration attempt by members of “Syrian Democratic Forces” on Kabashin Haidar axis, near the city of Afrin.
