Several local pages announced that artillery shelling targeted the towns of Taseel, Al-Shajara and Nafaa in the western countryside of Daraa governorate in the meantime.

These pages indicated that the source of the shelling came from the artillery located on the Jumo` al-Askari hill between the city of Nawa and the town of Tasil, west of Daraa.
