The opposition Syria TV website said that it had obtained details of the terms of the agreement that took place between the Central Committee in Daraa al-Balad and the regime forces, with a Russian guarantee.

The website indicated that the agreement includes several items, including: handing the weapons in Daraa Al-Balad, and handing the weapon that was faced the regime forces, which includes 12.7 mm Dushka medium anti-aircraft guns that were aimed at regime forces in the vicinity of Daraa Al-Balad, RPG launchers and 14.5 mm anti-aircraft guns, in addition to For Russian Kalashnikov rifles.

A settlement should be made for all fighters in Daraa al-Balad and the willing residents, and to ensure that they do not possess weapons, and whoever has a rifle or pistol weapon seized will be dealt with legally, given that the weapon he has is not licensed, and he will be arrested and prosecuted.

The agreement also included the implementation of an inspection campaign on the residents of Daraa al-Balad in the form of sectors or squares, which includes examining the identities of people, making sure that there are no strangers in the area, and conducting a settlement and ensuring that there are no weapons there.

In addition to giving a period of 6 months for the defectors from the regime forces to surrender and join their military units, and a grace period for those who did not leave the compulsory service until April of next year to join the military service.

It also included the installation of 9 security points inside Daraa al-Balad from Military Security and Division 15, the withdrawal of the army with a Russian guarantee, and inspections accompanied by dignitaries and the Russian military police to prevent any breaches or violations.
