The President of the Syrian Interim Government, Abdul Rahman Mustafa, met with a number of Afrin residents, north of Aleppo, who had recently returned from areas controlled by the Syrian regime and SDF to their cities and villages.

The interim government said in a statement issued on Sunday that "Mustafa met 37 Kurdish families who returned to their homes, and listened to the most prominent problems that the people faced after their return, and promised to solve them and provide them with facilities at all levels."

According to the statement, the interim government decided to exempt returning families from fees for obtaining papers and identification documents and to facilitate all their transactions in the local council and its affiliated institutions and departments.

Mustafa stressed the necessity of returning Kurdish families from the people of "Afrin" who were displaced to areas controlled by the regime and "SDF" to their homes.

It is noteworthy that the people talked about the suffering they faced in their areas of presence, and the failure of the regime and "SDF" to allow them to return to their homes in "Afrin".
