Local sources confirmed that the regime and Russia reached an agreement stipulating the need to press for displacement a number of the besieged neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad to northern Syria, including members of the negotiating committee.

And the opposition Syria TV website quoted the sources as saying: "Among the people who were requested to be displaced to the north are the official spokesman of the negotiating committee, Adnan Masalmeh, a member of the Central Committee, Abu Sharif al-Mahamid, and one of the notables of the city of Daraa, Abu Ali Mahamid."

The source pointed out that the head of the security committee of the regime, Major General Hossam Louka, told Houran delegation that the entire committee must be displaced because they constitute a stumbling block in the way of the regime's control of Daraa al-Balad and Houran (as he expresses).
