Sources: The Iranian Guard is storing quality ammunition and missiles in Palmyra mountains, east of Homs

Yesterday, Wednesday, local sources confirmed that the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia transported quality munitions to two newly dug warehouses in Palmyra mountains, east of Homs, according to "Ain al-Furat" website.
The website, which transmits news in the eastern region, stated that the ammunition included “Kornet” and “Milan” missiles provided by the Iranian-backed Lebanese Hezbollah militia, in addition to “TOW” missiles coming from Iraqi territory.
The site confirmed that 3 medium trucks (Inter) took a tortuous mountain road to reach these cavernous warehouses, where the munitions were lowered and entered into these warehouses and stored.
The same website indicated that nearly 600 boxes of anti-armor missiles were stored, in addition to their own launch bases.
According to "Ain al-Furat", "Hajj Abdullah al-Najafi", one of the armament officials of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, attended the process of depositing ammunition in Palmyra, indicating that there are also 8 caves under preparation for storing weapons inside.
According to Radio Al-Kul, these warehouses are considered the second of their kind in the region. Last July, the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia carried out an excavation operation in the eastern mountains of Palmyra, to prepare new warehouses 20 meters deep, in order to be used to store weapons and ammunition.
