The official spokesman for the committee, Adnan Al-Masalmeh, published on his Facebook account today, Wednesday, a statement that included the terms and conditions that had been reached.

The statement stated that "an agreement was reached between the dignitaries of Houran, the Central Committee in the Western Region, the Fifth Corps, and Daraa al-Balad Committee on the one hand, and the regime's security committee on the other hand, with the guarantee of the Russian side."

The statement stated, according to what was reported by opposition news websites, that it was agreed between these parties on an "immediate ceasefire, and the entry of a Russian military police patrol, and its stationing in Daraa al-Balad."

The agreement included "opening a center to regularize the status of wanted persons and their weapons, examining the identity of those in Daraa al-Balad to deny the presence of strangers, deploying four security points, releasing the cordon around the city of Daraa, and returning the police station personnel."

According to the statement, it was agreed to "start introducing services to Daraa al-Balad, work to release detainees and clarify the fate of the missing five days after the implementation of this agreement."
