The Anti-Narcotics Branch in Lattakia announced the suspension of a network of persons involved in drug taking, promotion and trade.

And the regime's Ministry of Interior said in a statement that in the framework of the efforts made by the Narcotics Control Branch in Lattakia to combat the drug phenomenon, and after receiving information about people promoting and consuming narcotic substances in the city of Lattakia,

The statement added that the branch managed to arrest a network of nine people, (Jaafar. D.), (Muhammad. S.), (Ali. PBUH), (Ghadeer. R.), (Ahmad. H), (Hatim. H.), (Mustafa. M.), (Khaled. s), they were caught with 800 gm of hashish, Captagon pills, narcotic medicinal pills, a hand grenade, a war pistol and a knife, which all were confiscated with their cellular devices, and upon interrogation they confessed that they had used, promoted and traded in narcotic substances in the city of Lattakia in partnership with other people hiding.
