Unidentified persons burned the local council building in Al-Susah town in Deir Ezzor countryside

On Tuesday dawn, unknown persons set fire to a local council belonging to the Autonomous Administration in the town of Deir Ezzor countryside, eastern Syria.
North-Press agency, quoted a source from the town council of Al-Susah, 120 km east of Deir Ezzor, said that unknown persons set fire to the building of the local council in the town, which led to its complete burning.
It added that unidentified people tried several times to harm the council’s night watchman and hit the building with explosive devices.
Two months ago, an explosive device exploded in the building of Al-Susah town council, causing material damage.
It is noteworthy that unknown gunmen have intensified their targeting of official, civilian and military buildings in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor, in conjunction with targeting soldiers within the Syrian Democratic Forces, employees of the Autonomous Administration institutions, dignitaries and residents in the region.
On May 10 this year, unknown persons blew up the emergency building in the town of Tayeb Al-Fal, north of Deir Ezzor.
