Civilians deaths in tribal clashes north of Deir Ezzor

Two civilians lost their lives in clan fighting, Tuesday, in As-Sour town , 50 km north of Deir Ezzor, eastern Syria.
North-Press agency quoted a local source in the town, that the two young men, "Abdulrahman Al-Haroubi and Ismail Al-Haroubi", lost their lives due to clan fighting that broke out on Tuesday morning, between members of the Al-Kabisa and Al-Hathal families, from the Al-Bakir tribe, in Sabiha village, which is affiliated with As-Sour district, north of Deir Ezzor.
The source added that the cause of the fighting was due to an old problem of revenge between the two families, which was renewed on Tuesday morning.
He indicated that automatic weapons were used in the fighting, which lasted for about six hours, for the Syrian Democratic Forces to intervene and set up barriers to separate the two parties and impose a security cordon in the town.
The Deir Ezzor countryside towns are considered to have a tribal character, as they witness clan fighting almost always.
About a month ago, a civilian lost his life as a result of clan fighting in the town of Granij, east of Deir Ezzor.
