Local sources reported that one of the Shiite turbanis, who is Syrian, died on Sunday because of consuming a toxic substance in Maskanah city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

"Maskanah" page said, through a post on Facebook platform, that the so-called "Ahmad Al-Jumaili" died of heart failure after drinking a cup of tea in which medicinal substances were placed that caused his heart muscle to stop and died at his home in Maskanah city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

The sources added that Al-Jumaili is from Al-Raqqa city and has Kurdish origins. He lived in Maskanah city from the Bani Jameel clan. He worked as a singer for popular songs before the Syrian revolution, he joined the "ISIS" organization during its control of Maskanah and worked as a Sharia for the organization.

They indicated that after the regime took control of the city, he joined Hezbollah, strengthened its relationship with them, and underwent courses with the party in Beirut and As-Saida Zainab in Damascus, in which he received Shiite teachings and began to teach children and young men the Shiite sect in the town of Deir Hafer in the eastern countryside of Aleppo.

They pointed out that "Al-Jumaili" was one of the first preachers to join the Shiite sect in Maskanah and Deir Hafir, as he supervised the imam of mosques in the aforementioned region and delivered dozens of sermons in which he worked to entice young people.

His control lasted for about 3 years, until the Assad regime regained it, as it was considered one of the most important strongholds of the organization in the countryside of Aleppo.
