The regime’s telecommunications company reveals the wireless internet project

The Marketing Director of the Syrian Telecom Company of the Syrian Regime, Firas Al-Badin, revealed the “Fix ITE” project, or what is known as wireless Internet, which depends on connecting the Internet to citizens by wireless transmission, through specialized towers.
The pro-Baath newspaper quoted Al-Badin as saying that the company has completed the study of the project, and that it is in the stage of importing the required devices and equipment, in preparation for its implementation upon its arrival.
Al-Badin claimed that the project represents a positive solution in the areas of reconstruction and areas of the new organizational plans, in which the infrastructure has been almost completely destroyed, in addition to the presence of a few number of residents, which makes the process of laying the ground cables difficult at the current stage.
Al-Badin added that the project is very important in the mountainous areas, which are characterized by their ruggedness and the spacing of residential areas from each other, which provides access to the Internet for all residents with quick and efficient solutions, as he said.
