A new Israeli attack on the positions of Assad's forces and Iran in Damascus

Today, Monday, the Israeli army launched a new attack on the positions of the Assad regime forces and Iranian militias in Damascus, for the second time in days.

The regime news agency quoted a military source as saying: "At around two o'clock this afternoon, the Israeli enemy launched an air raid with missiles from the north of the occupied Palestinian territories, targeting some points near the city of Damascus."

The source claimed that the air defenses of the Assad regime confronted the Israeli missiles and shot down a number of them, adding that the attack resulted in the injury of an element and material losses.

Last Friday evening, the Israeli army attacked positions of the Assad regime forces and Iranian militias in Damascus, for the first time in more than a month.

The regime news agency, SANA, quoted a military source as saying, "At approximately 11:03 pm on Friday, the Israeli enemy launched an air raid with missiles from the northeastern direction of the Sea of ​​Galilee, targeting some points near Damascus.

The source claimed that the air defense media of the Assad regime repelled the aggression's missiles and shot down most of them, "saying that the losses were limited to equipment, while loyal sources mourned 4 members who were killed in the attack.
