A media source announced killing Hayes al-Jaryan, from Bani Sab'a clan, after his participation in a meeting of Qamishli notables from the sheikhs and notables, in northeastern Syria.
The meeting discussed an initiative to stop the ongoing clashes in the city between the "Asayish" forces and the "National Defense" forces loyal to the regime.
According to the Kurdish agency "Rudaw", al-Jaryan was killed "by a sniper shot believed to be belonging to the National Defense" in “Al-Hizam Al-Majnun” area.
Earlier, clashes renewed between the "National Defense" and "Asayish" forces in northeastern Syria, after stopping for nearly one day.
