Al-Assad government sets a condition for the voters participation outside Syria in voting, What is it?

The government of the Syrian regime announced that voting in the Syrian presidential elections outside the country will be available only to Syrians residing in foreign countries, who have the official exit stamp on their passport.

Today, the regime’s SANA agency published a text of “Article 105” of the General Elections Law, which points that “the voter votes with his regular, valid Syrian passport, signed with an exit stamp from any Syrian border crossing.”

The article added that elections abroad will take place 10 days before the date set for the elections in Syria.
